AI agents and automation that take the repetitive work off your team

We build AI agents that take repeatable work off your team: filing documents into the right client folder, reading supplier orders into draft purchase orders, operating web tools that have no API, and moving work between the systems you already use. A manufacturer now runs more than fifteen AI helpers inside its daily business system, every action logged.

AI agents and automation: questions we get asked

What can an AI agent actually automate in a business?
The work that repeats with variation: filing documents into the right client folder, reading a supplier order and drafting the matching purchase order, sorting transactions, and chasing a status across systems. Your people keep the judgement calls and get their time back for them.
How do you keep an agent from doing something destructive?
We build it without the ability. Our filing assistant has no delete permission, so no error can remove a file. Limiting what an agent can do is far more dependable than instructing it to be careful.
Will an agent send emails to our customers on its own?
Customer messages go out with your approval. In the factory system, payment reminders are drafted automatically and a person confirms each one, so every message is accurate and on brand.
Do we need to replace the tools we already use?
No. Our agents work with what you already run: shared drives, Word, Excel and PowerPoint files, exports to your accountant's software, and web tools with no API, which an agent can operate through a browser the way a person would.
How do you decide between buying a tool and building one?
We work down a short ladder: does the workflow need to exist, does a tool you already pay for do it, would an off the shelf product work, would connecting your existing tools be enough, and only then a custom build. You pay for engineering only where it earns its place.
